These terms govern your use of the Ziphic app. By using Ziphic you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Ziphic gives you access to AI models from several providers through a single app and a single subscription. We route your messages to the model you pick and return its reply. We do not create the models and we do not control what they say.
Ziphic is free to try for a limited number of messages on our everyday models. Ziphic Pro unlocks every model and a monthly credit allowance.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's policy and requested through Apple, not through us.

If a model produces something harmful, sexual, hateful, false or otherwise objectionable, tap Report underneath the response. We keep the reported response and the message immediately before it so a person can review them, and we use reports to decide which models stay in the catalogue. Nothing else from that conversation is sent.

AI output can be wrong. Models invent facts, misread questions, and produce text that sounds confident while being incorrect. Do not rely on Ziphic for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Check anything that matters against a primary source.
You are responsible for what you send and for how you use what comes back. As between you and us, you own your inputs and outputs, to the extent that generated text can be owned. Note that similar prompts can produce similar output for other people.
Messages are routed through OpenRouter to the provider you select. Your use of a model is also subject to that provider's policies. Model availability and pricing can change without notice when a provider retires a model.
We aim to keep Ziphic running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Providers go down, rate-limit, and change their terms. Features may change or be removed.
Ziphic is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Ziphic is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Ziphic after that means you accept them.
