Ziphic lets you chat with AI models from several providers through one app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else handles it.
Ziphic works without signing up. On first launch the app generates a random identifier and stores it in your device's keychain. That identifier is how your chats and subscription are recognised. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID, and we cannot use it to identify you personally.
If you later choose to sign in, that identifier is attached to your account so your existing chats carry over.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers. Ziphic contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Running the app means sending some data to other companies. They act as our processors and are contractually limited to providing their service:
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train models.
If you report a model response, we store that response and the message immediately before it, along with the reason you chose and any note you add, so a person can review them. We keep the snapshot rather than a reference to your chat, because otherwise deleting the conversation would leave us unable to review what you reported. Nothing else from that conversation is sent.
Two options, in History → Settings → Data:
Neither cancels a subscription — that is billed by Apple and can only be cancelled in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Deleting the app removes the identifier stored on your device. If you want your server-side data removed as well, delete it in the app first, or email us.
Chats and memories are kept until you delete them. Usage records — the model used, when, and how much of your allowance it consumed — are kept for up to 24 months for billing accuracy and abuse prevention; when you delete your account these are unlinked from you rather than erased, so they no longer identify anyone. Reports are kept for up to 24 months so we can spot patterns across a model.
Ziphic is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Model output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for younger users.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, or to object to processing. Because accounts are anonymous we may need your device identifier to find your data. Contact us at matyswsro@gmail.com.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app before it takes effect.
